Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Triunfo's facility, classes, website, online registration system, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), located at 2781 W. MacArthur Blvd. Unit F1, Santa Ana, CA 92704. By registering for a membership, free trial, or class, or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are registering a minor, you agree to these Terms on the minor's behalf as their parent or legal guardian.
2. Programs and Eligibility
Minis on the Mat: Ages 3–5
Youth BJJ, NoGi, and Muay Thai: Ages 6 and up
Adult Programs (BJJ, Muay Thai, Multi-Art, MMA): Generally ages 14 and up; some experienced younger students may be permitted to supplement training with adult classes at Triunfo's sole discretion
Class levels (including Fundamentals) are open to all skill levels unless otherwise stated. Triunfo reserves the right to determine class placement and eligibility.
3. Membership Plans and Pricing
Triunfo offers multiple membership structures, including Month-to-Month, term Agreements (6 or 12 months), and Paid-in-Full plans, each with associated monthly rates and, where applicable, an initiation fee. Current pricing is provided at the time of registration and is subject to change without affecting an active agreement's locked-in rate for its term, unless otherwise stated in your specific membership agreement.
Month-to-Month and term Agreement plans may include an initiation fee, billed at signup.
Paid-in-Full plans (6 or 12 month) do not include an initiation fee and are billed in full at signup.
First responder and military discounts are available; proof of eligibility may be required.
4. Free Trial
Triunfo offers a 7-consecutive-day free trial permitting unlimited class attendance across all class types during that period. No credit card is required to begin a free trial. The trial period runs continuously once activated and does not pause for missed days.
5. Billing, Term Agreements, and Cancellation
Month-to-Month plans may generally be cancelled with [insert notice period, e.g., 30 days'] written notice.
6- and 12-month Agreement plans are a commitment to pay the agreed monthly rate for the full term; early cancellation may be subject to [insert early termination terms/fees].
Paid-in-Full plans are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in a signed membership agreement.
Failed or late payments may result in a hold on membership access and/or late fees.
All membership agreements are subject to the specific signed contract terms provided at enrollment, which control in the event of a conflict with this general summary.
6. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Participation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, MMA, and related martial arts training involves inherent physical risk, including risk of injury. By participating in any class or program, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. All members (or, for minors, their parent/legal guardian) are required to sign a separate liability waiver and release of claims prior to participating in any class, which supplements and is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Code of Conduct
Members and guests are expected to:
Follow instructor guidance and gym safety rules
Treat staff, instructors, and fellow members with respect
Refrain from harassment, unsafe conduct, or behavior that endangers others
Triunfo reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, without refund, for violations of this Code of Conduct or for conduct that creates a safety risk.
8. Health Disclosures
Members must disclose relevant medical conditions or injuries that could affect safe participation. Triunfo is not responsible for injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions. Members should consult a physician before beginning any new physical activity program.
9. Photo and Video Release
Triunfo may photograph or film classes and events for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to such use unless you notify us in writing that you decline to be photographed or filmed.
10. Website Use
If you use our website or online registration system, you agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site (including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content without permission).
11. Intellectual Property
All content on Triunfo's website and marketing materials, including logos, class names, and curriculum materials, is the property of Triunfo and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triunfo, its owners, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Services, except where such liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
